The Impact of Early Trauma
Early childhood trauma can have a significant impact on a person's functioning--socially, academically, physiologically, and emotionally. Why does this happen, what does it look like, and how do you heal? At this workshop, Bethany Wilson, LPC, NCC, BCN will be discussing the neuroscience of early trauma and the steps you can take toward healing.

Breath + Movement
This 6-week course is all about learning to regulate through breath and movement. How we breath and what we do with our body is directly connected to the Vagus nerve, which is a major nerve that contributes both to our fight/flight/freeze response as well as our ability to be calm and relaxed. Learn how to turn off your fear response to regain the sense of calm you need to get through the ups and downs of life. No prior experience needed. Session 1--Polyvagal Theory. Sessions 2-6--Practice the various breath and movement techniques.
