Surviving the Holidays with Parental Alienation
If you are currently dealing with Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS), come hear from Philadelphia George from Andersen Law PC. She works in family law and is coming to support people in the community dealing with PAS and giving tips on how to get through the holidays. For many, the most "wonderful time of year" is actually an incredibly painful time of year.

Breath + Movement
This 6-week course is all about learning to regulate through breath and movement. How we breath and what we do with our body is directly connected to the Vagus nerve, which is a major nerve that contributes both to our fight/flight/freeze response as well as our ability to be calm and relaxed. Learn how to turn off your fear response to regain the sense of calm you need to get through the ups and downs of life. No prior experience needed. Session 1--Polyvagal Theory. Sessions 2-6--Practice the various breath and movement techniques.
